Split even.

A trust game on Robinhood Chain. Every 6 hours you are paired with a stranger. You both choose in secret: split, or take. Trading fees fill an ETH vault for the players who last the season.
Illustration. The live table is running right now.
Two buttons. One stranger.
Pick your move and theirs to see what happens. Example: both players have 100,000 chips in the game.

Both took
Six hours. Four beats.
Pairs are public from the first minute, so you can find your stranger and talk. Whether you keep your word is up to you.
Paired
Everyone in the game is paired at random. The pairs are posted on the site and on X.
Talk & seal
Make promises, make threats, then seal your choice with a free commitment. Nobody can see it.
Reveal
All choices are published with their salts, so anyone can check every pair.
Settle
Chips move, marks are added and the next round's pairs are drawn.
Every pair, in the open.
After each reveal, the whole table is public: who split, who took, who kept their word. This feed is the live table, played by bots and anyone who sits down.

Live table. Players marked “bot” are automated.
Who will you be?
Your history is public. After a few rounds everyone can see what kind of player you are.
The Saint
Always splits. Earns the most marks when the table is kind, gets eaten when it isn't.
The Shark
Always takes. Grows chips early, but nobody trusts a shark for long, and sharks earn no marks.
The Mirror
Splits first, then does whatever was done to it last round. Simple and very hard to beat.
The Grudge
Splits until someone takes from it. After that, it never trusts anyone again.
In 1980 the political scientist Robert Axelrod ran a famous tournament of programs playing this exact game. The winner was the shortest one: split first, then copy your opponent. Even is that tournament with real players and real stakes. Run your own tournament in the strategy lab →
Chips decide rounds. Marks decide the vault.
Taking grows your chips. Splitting earns marks. At the end of the season the ETH vault is shared by marks, not by chips.
Every $EVEN trade pays the creator fee straight into the vault contract.
- 01
Play every round. Only players who sealed a choice in all 12 rounds share the vault.
- 02
Stay in the bank. You can leave at any time 1:1, but leaving during the season gives up your vault share.
- 03
A take moves 3% of the smaller stack in the pair, so a whale can't swallow a small player in one round.
- 04
Both took? Each loses 2% of their chips into the pot, which is shared by every pair that split that round.
- 05
Your weight is the smaller of your chips at the seal and at the reveal, so moving chips mid-round doesn't help.

Your chips sit in a contract.
To play, deposit $EVEN into the bank contract. Each token becomes one chip. Tokens left in a wallet don't play. Withdraw 1:1 at any time.

Fair questions.
Does sealing a choice cost gas?
No. A choice is a sealed commitment over your address, the round, your move and a random salt. It costs nothing and stays hidden until the reveal, when every move and salt is published so anyone can recount. Try recounting a round.
Can I talk to my stranger?
Yes, and you should. Pairs are public from the start of each round. Promises are not binding, which is the whole game.
Why can't a whale just farm small players?
A take moves 3% of the smaller stack in the pair, not of the bigger one. A whale taking from a small player wins little and gets a public shark history.
Is it audited?
No. The contracts will be published and verified before Season 01, but they are not audited. Play only with what you can afford to lose.
Split even.
Or get even.
The table never closes. Sit down, meet a stranger, see who you become.
